01What's the difference between a technical inspection and a safety check?
A safety check covers the running essentials — brakes, tyres, lights, fluid levels, suspension visual — and is what you'd want before a long journey. A full technical inspection digs deeper: diagnostic scan, undertray inspection, fluid condition, more thorough.
02Do you use manufacturer-spec oil?
Yes. We use the oil grade and specification your manufacturer requires (LongLife, dexos, MB229.5 etc.) — using the wrong oil on a modern engine can shorten its life. We confirm the spec before each service.
03Will you reset the service interval indicator?
Yes. After every service we reset the dashboard interval so it reflects the work just done.
04How long do leaks take to find?
Most leaks are diagnosed within a couple of hours using smoke, dye or pressure testing. Intermittent leaks (only under load, only when cold) can take longer — we'll tell you upfront if your symptoms suggest that.
