01Why does my new battery need 'coding' on a modern car?
Modern cars manage battery charging based on the battery's age, type and capacity. When you fit a new battery without coding it, the BMS still treats it as the old one — which over- or under-charges the new battery and shortens its life. We code every battery we fit.
02My car has a parasitic battery drain — can you find it?
Yes. Parasitic-draw faults are some of the trickiest electrical jobs because they often appear only after the car has been sat for hours. We log current draw module-by-module and isolate which one isn't going to sleep.
03Can you fix an electric window that won't go up?
Yes — most window failures are either the regulator (mechanism), the motor, or the switch. We diagnose first and only replace the failed part.
04How long does electrical diagnosis usually take?
A clear-fault diagnosis is usually 1-2 hours. Intermittent or parasitic-draw faults can take longer because we may need to leave the car connected and observe over time.
