01I've lost my only key — can you still get me back on the road?
Yes, on most cars. All-keys-lost is more involved than cutting a spare — we need to access the immobiliser system and write a fresh key from scratch — but we cover the work in-house on most VAG, BMW, Mercedes, Ford and Land Rover platforms.
02How much cheaper is this than the main dealer?
Typically a fraction of dealer pricing, especially on premium marques. Exact savings depend on the make and whether you need a spare or all-keys-lost.
03Do I need to bring the car to the workshop, or can you come to me?
Most key work needs the car on the ramp because we need full access to the immobiliser system and OBD port. Some platforms allow mobile work — ask when you call.
04How long does it take?
A spare key on a supported platform is usually a same-day job. All-keys-lost takes longer — we'll quote with timing before starting.
